View your shortlist
Book viewings for the rooms you like. A small holding deposit locks the room in while you decide.
References & paperwork
We handle referencing (usually within 3 days) and issue the tenancy agreement. All compliance documents are provided.
Move in with confidence
Your room is cleaned and prepared. We complete a full check-in inventory and give you deposit protection details.
Settled & supported
Pay rent easily, report repairs online, and stay in touch with your dedicated property manager throughout the tenancy.
Smooth move-out
We’ll contact you three months before the end of your contract. Deposits are returned within 10 days of a clean exit.

When you register, a Letting Consultant will propose all suitable rooms based on budget, travel time and more. You'll receive personalised suggestions.
Viewing
View rooms you're interested in before booking. A holding deposit is required to proceed.
Reference & Contract
References needed within 3 days. Agreement formed within 14 days. We send all documents including the how-to-rent guide, gas certificate, EICR, EPC.
Move In
Our team prepares your room. An inventory clerk carries out a Check In shortly after. You receive a copy of the report and deposit protection information.
During Your Stay
Report all repairs through Fixflo. You have a dedicated property manager and are responsible for rent and utility split bills.
Move Out
We contact you 3 months before tenancy ends. After moving out, we're in touch within 10 days about your deposit.
